for the online shop mili&jean
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers through the mili&jean online shop.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded once the provider confirms the order by email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.
Shipping costs are shown separately and displayed during the checkout process.
Any customs duties or additional fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer.
The delivery time is usually 4–10 business days.
If an item is not available, the customer will be informed.
6. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Twint, prepayment).
The purchase price is due immediately.
7. Returns and Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.
However, the provider voluntarily grants a 7-day return policy, provided that the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivery was incorrect or defective.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The provider is not liable for normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by third parties.
9. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Data Protection
The privacy policy available at [link to privacy policy page] applies.
Personal data is processed solely in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Exclusively Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, unless a mandatory legal jurisdiction applies.
