Returns & Withdrawal
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, the following policy applies:
1. Voluntary Return Policy
You may return items within 7 days of receiving them.
The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note that reduced or personalized items are excluded from returns.
2. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
In the case of faulty or incorrectly delivered products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Return Process
Send us a short email at info.milijean@gmail.com including your order number and the reason for the return.
We will confirm your return and send you the return address.
Please ship the items back securely packaged.
4. Refund
Once we have inspected the returned items, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be made via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
A direct exchange is not possible.
Please place a new order for the desired item through our shop.
